Pour vivre heureux!

C'est connaître ses faiblesses et les accepter

C'est de savoir s'aimer assez pour faire face à la réalité.

Prendre un programme de vie bien équilibré.

Pour savoir ce qu'il faut délaisser.

C'est d'être capable de se dire

Je fais mon possible pour éliminer

Ce qui est néfaste pour la santé

C'est de prendre des bonnes habitudes et les garder

Car la qualité de vie n'en sera qu'améliorée.

N'abandonnez jamais avant d'atteindre votre but !

Le chemin

Le chemin de l'amitié est comme celui de l'amour

Il est éclairé par les lumières de nos actes,

de nos pensées, et de nos cœurs.

Ne te réjouis pas d'être riche,

Ne t'attriste pas d'être pauvres,

On a peur de perdre quand on a trop

Et on a trop envie d'avoir quand on a pas.

Il ne faut pas de tout pour faire un monde.
